Henk Deen
Co-Founder
Henk pursued Trade Management Asia in Amsterdam before completing his Master’s in International Business at Jiaotong University in Shanghai, one of China's top institutions. He gained extensive experience in sports management and international networking before shifting his focus to global trade. With a deep understanding of Asian business culture, he co-founded DH Mobility to leverage his expertise in sourcing, logistics, and trade consulting.
Maurits Harthoorn
Co-Founder
Maurits studied Automotive Business Management at IVA in the Netherlands and developed his expertise in international trade while working for a trading company in Shanghai, China. Having visited numerous factories across various industries, he gained first-hand knowledge of supply chain management, quality control, and supplier negotiations. After successfully completing his studies, Maurits worked for 1.5 years in China before deciding to launch DH Mobility with Henk.
Carrie Li
Senior Account Manager
Based in Shanghai, Carrie has been part of DH Mobility since 2018. She oversees all major accounts, manages supply chains, and ensures that operations run smoothly in Asia. With extensive experience in logistics and supplier management, Carrie is instrumental in delivering projects on time and meeting quality expectations.
Michael Wang
Senior Quality Controller
Michael joined DH Mobility in 2019 and leads our quality control team. With a technical background, he specializes in monitoring complex production processes to ensure that our clients receive high-quality products. His expertise allows him to detect and resolve manufacturing defects before goods are shipped.

Jesse has been with DH Mobility since 2020 and specializes in metal and steel product inspections.
