Pre-production Inspection
A Pre-production inspection is an inspection that is carried out prior to the production process. A pre-production inspection checks whether everything is clear to the customer and supplier. It is possible that misunderstandings arise between customer and supplier about the desired specifications of the raw materials. This can be due to slow communication (time differences) and language barriers. During this inspection, everything will be re-checked again with the factory to make sure all the wishes and requirements of the customer are clear and can be confirmed. This prevents the occurrence of problems within the production process, or even worse, that defective products are found at the end of production.

During-production Inspection
A During-production Inspection (DUPRO) is the earliest possible inspection within the production process. This takes place when 20% to 80% of the production is finished and packed.
During the DUPRO, which is carried out during the mass production, we check whether the factory has implemented all the required specifications of the products that the customer agreed on. In addition, our team will indicate the production schedule and possible delays.
With a DUPRO, errors in the production process can be detected at an early stage, and immediate action can be taken. This prevents you from encountering unwanted surprises at the end of the production, when the production has already been completed.

Final Random Inspection
During a Final Random Inspection (FRI), we check whether all products meet the customer’s requirements in terms of product specifications.
The FRI is carried out when the whole shipment quantity is finished and available for sampling. At least 80% of the items need to be export-packed so that the we can count all the cartons. This allows us to make sure the factory does not hide any defective goods. Therefore, timing is very important when it comes to the Final Random Inspection.

Container Loading Inspection
The Container Loading inspection (CLI) is carried out during the loading of the goods into the container.
It often occurs, that the factory does not know how to load the container efficiently with the customer’s goods. They do not use the space efficiently which can cause the goods to move during shipping which can cause damage. For this reason, we always thrive to work with a clear container loading plan. We confirm this with both the customer and the factory, and during this inspection, we check if the goods get loaded according to this plan.
